Himalaya Peel Off Mask and Skin Lite Masks

Hi there!

I would just like to share these beauty finds that I had discovered from the grocery store (found these in Food Palace in Al Sadd Street).

Visible blackheads and whiteheads are not a good sight.

Was in search of the Freeman one but I cannot seem to find any and I stumbled upon the ones from Himalaya.

I've always love the products from Himalaya especially the mud and fruit masks that they have.

The Almond and Cucumber Peel Off Mask smells divine and is very refreshing on the skin.

You will have to cleanse your face first before applying this one.

It dries off in 10-15 mins (which is quite enough for you to do other tasks) and you can simply peel it off gently.

The Skin Lite Masks on the other hand made my skin softer and revived.

Think about the pricey treatments at the beauty and facial centre about these.

It won't hurt to give these a try.

Making Sense of the Kagandahan Concept

Hey Pretty!

Yes, you, the one reading this!

Bakit di ka makapaniwala?

You are indeed beautiful!

To be frank, minsan insecure ako: bakit hindi ako maputi, bakit hindi pang model ang aking height, bakit sensitive ang aking skin, bakit wavy lagi ang akin hair, at iba pang mga bakit.

Maybe that's the reason why I don't like Barbie (the doll). Haha.

She is so perfect...the body shape, that long blonde hair, a cute boyfriend and a sexy crew.

I know maraming nakakarelate.

Hahaha.

Ung Ate na binilihan ko tinanong ulet ako after a few weeks kung order daw ba ulet. Kako meron pa. Sabi nya, talaga, di mo ginagamit? At the back of my head, I was thinking, ummm, ano ba tong lotion na ito, pinapahid or iniinom...Nakakalimutan ko din kasi. Adik ako sa lotion and my husband can attest to that. Un nga lang na-dry ang aking sensitive skin when I used this one. But am trying to finish it off.

The funny thing is we try so hard to be white and ung mga iba gustong gusto ang kulay kayumanggi at ilang oras nagbibilad to achieve our glow.

Pag nasa mall ka, ung suot lagi ng manekin ang gaganda parang bagay sa yo.

They seem to be whispering "Buy me", "Take me home with yah!".

Anyways, graduate and nakamove on na ko dyan. Last week lang ulet ako nakatuntong sa mall.

Yes, at nakapagmall tour ako. Hahaha.

Ung basics lang binili ko: flats kasi lagi lang ako nagstairs pag pumapasok ako (pa-health buff kuno); ilang shirts that I can pair off with slacks or jeans and a bit of make up (di man halata, mahilig po ako sa make up, so alam nyo na what to get me for Eid).

Pati ung ibang mga models and artista minsan exaggerated naman na (I have to mention na hindi naman lahat, kasi meron na kahit walang makeup and pagsuotin mo ng white shirt and jeans plus tsinelas ay maganda pa din).

May kung anu-ano na treatments to keep them pretty...kung sa bagay, that is part of their job, to always look flawless.

Kaya minsan gusto din natin na ganun. Kaya lang di naman tayo artista?

I do exert effort to look presentable but is that all?

It pays off when you always look "good", kagalang-galang ika nga.

But you don't always have to break the bank just to have that bag.

You can also check the tons of DIY beauty tips online, medyo napupuyat ako ngayon sa Pinterest, most of the things there are found in your kitchen/pantry.

Buy during the sale season and try to have it ordered online. Kasi pupusta ako, pag sa mall ka pa pumunta for sure may mabibili ka na di mo talaga kelangan.

Of course, when you look good, you do feel good but come to think of it, the same thing applies if you do good things to others di ba?

Do a good deed every day. Especially kung bad trip ka and when nothing seems to work out right.

It will lighten up your burden.

When you know that you did something really extraordinarily good, people can see that "shine".

Every one is beautiful in their own, unique way. May kanya-kanya tayong ganda.

Just make sure na di lang ang panlabas ang kagandahan, pati ugali din.

Recently, I finally realized, it pays off to have a good, beautiful heart and from there I gained back my confidence.

Do good things.

Disregard the insecurities.

Love your own skin.

You are beautiful!

Addicted to Sticks...Are you?

Loving these sticks!

Maxfactor CC Sticks are very handy plus they do have a powdery feel when applied.

There is always a CC Stick for your need - concealing dark or red spots as well.

Am also loving Revlon Colorstay Ultimate Suede.

If you are looking for a vamp up look, try NYX in Medussa and you'll definitely stand out.

Spicy Tuna Pasta

Got this recipe from my cousin ;)

Like what my hubby would say, it's easy-breezy ;)

Check out this very simplet yet healthy recipe:

Cooked Pasta (you can either use spaghetti, fusilli or penne)

1 can Century Tuna Spicy Flavor

1 can Century Tuna In Oil

Capers (optional)

Thinly Sliced Tomatoes (depends on how much you would want, you may also use dried tomatoes if you have any)

Sliced Black Olives

Parmessan Cheese

Olive Oil

Garlic and Onion

Salt and Pepper to taste
How To:
Heat your pan and pour in the olive oil.

Saute the onion, garlic, olives, capers and the tomatoes.

Put in the tuna, make sure that you drain some of the oil. If you want it spicy, keep the oil of the spicy one.

Now, we are ready to put in the cooked pasta. Mix them all up and there you go!
A quick Spicy Tuna Pasta
You may opt to do it with the red sauce.
Simply add the ready pasta sauce before putting in your pasta.
Happy Tummy!...I mean Happy Cooking!
