Nivea Skin Care

Am just relieved that the weather here in Doha is cooling down a bit.

I do like it when it's colder (even if I am always a victim of flu).

With this, my skin is also getting flaky and super dry.

I am a big fan of body butters but there are times when I feel that they are too heavy on the skin.

I've found this Nivea Cocoa Butter and I don't regret getting it.

The same goes for the Nivea Creme, though it's my first time to use it, it is indeed moisturizing.

I've read in an artist's post on Instagram that she puts the creams in the refrigerator so it has a cooling effect on the skin.

I did the same and the effect is surprisingly amazing: my skin became lively and the dark circles/eye bags are lessened. The same thing for the breakouts and blemishes however, it does not lighten the dark spots yet - that I will have to watch out for.

Try it too and let me know how it goes!

Not Stressfully...But Passionately Yours

Whoa!

That was quick! I was just on a looonggg vacation and it's been almost two weeks since I came back.

Well, I came back recharged and with a clear head: I was able to think through some stuffs and plan a bit.

I came across this quote on Instagram and is quite timely.

Stress is unavoidable; I think it's about how people handle it.

I had promised myself that I won't be complaining much and focus my energy on other things and activities instead.

Am quite a chronic complainer I must admit and it is not doing me any good!

Ughh, all of the negative energy and vibes are not quite helpful.

And this passage says it all...

I shall try my best to be passionate and positive again about work.

There was one motivational video of Zig Ziglar about a lady who is not motivated to work anymore, has too many complaints.

And guess what was the advice that he had given?

He asked her to write down the good things about her job: good pay, twice a week days off, health insurance, etc. and read these every single morning.

After a week or so (am not quite sure of this one), the lady said that the people around her changed.

Work has become lighter and Life is less stressful.

She did not realize that it was her who had actually changed!

So I shall do the same.

I am very grateful and thankful for the opportunities and am positive that I can stay as long as I can;

be passionate as I can be.

Remember: Do what you love; Love what you do.
